At TutoPost, your privacy is fundamental to everything we build. This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect (and what we don't), how your content is protected, and your rights as a user.

1. Our Core Privacy Commitment

TutoPost does not collect personal data. We are built on a privacy-first principle. We do not track your behavior, profile you, or gather personal information beyond the minimum required to operate your account (such as an email address for authentication).

2. End-to-End Encryption

All content you create on TutoPost is encrypted end-to-end on your device before it is transmitted or stored. This means:

• Your posts, images, and data are encrypted using keys that only you control.
• No unencrypted content is ever stored on our servers or in the cloud.
• TutoPost cannot read, access, or decrypt your content — even if compelled to do so.
• Only you and the recipients you explicitly choose can view your content.

3. Data We Do Not Collect

TutoPost does not collect any of the following:

• Personal identifying information beyond your authentication credentials
• Location data or GPS coordinates
• Contact lists or address books
• Browsing history or usage patterns for profiling
• Keystrokes, clipboard data, or device sensor data

4. No Sale or Sharing of Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties. This includes advertisers, data brokers, analytics companies, or any other external entities. Your data is yours alone.

5. Minimal Account Data

To provide the Service, we may store the following minimal account information:

• Email address — used for authentication and account recovery
• Account preferences — such as subscription status and notification settings
• Encrypted content metadata — such as timestamps and expiration dates (the content itself remains encrypted)

This data is stored securely and is used solely for operating the Service.

6. Advertising

The free tier of TutoPost is ad-supported. Ads are served by third-party ad networks (such as Google AdMob). These networks may use anonymized, non-personal device identifiers to serve relevant ads. TutoPost itself does not share any personal data or content with ad networks. You can eliminate all ads by upgrading to the Pro plan.

7. Analytics

We may use anonymized, aggregated analytics (such as Firebase Analytics) to understand general usage patterns — for example, which features are most popular or how often the app is opened. This data is non-identifiable and cannot be traced back to individual users. No personal data or content is included in analytics.

8. Third-Party Services

TutoPost uses the following third-party services to operate:

• Firebase (Google) — for authentication, hosting, and cloud infrastructure
• Google AdMob — for serving ads on the free tier

These services have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them. TutoPost only shares the minimum data required for these services to function and does not provide them with your content or personal information.

9. Data Retention & Deletion

• You may delete any post at any time. Deleted content is removed from our servers.
• Posts with expiration dates are automatically made unavailable when they expire.
• If you delete your account, all associated data (including encrypted content, account information, and preferences) will be permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.
• Temporary backup copies may be retained for a limited period for disaster recovery purposes before being permanently purged.

10. Children's Privacy

TutoPost is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account, we will take steps to terminate the account and delete any associated data. 11. Security

We take the security of your data seriously. In addition to end-to-end encryption of all content, we employ industry-standard security measures to protect our infrastructure, including secure transmission protocols (TLS/SSL), access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is completely impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
• Correction — request corrections to inaccurate data
• Deletion — request deletion of your data and account
• Portability — request your data in a portable format
• Objection — object to specific data processing activities
